Flight Information

Flying into Baton Rouge is your best option. New Orleans and Lafayette airports are approximately an hour away. The Hilton Baton Rouge Capital Center is 10 minutes from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport and the Hilton Capital Center provides free airport transportation.

Parking

Lodging

The Hilton Baton Rouge Capital Center is offering rates of $99 per night for single and double occupancy. This rate is good for two days before and after the conference dates. Deadline for booking at this rate is June 12, 2009.
